OIP Indicator

The Oil Pressure (OIP) Indicator PSI displays engine oil pressure in PSIg on the numeric display. The indicator includes an external sender attached to the wiring harness supplied with the indicator. the indicator is built to meet or exceed the requirements of TSO-C47A with respect to accuracy and performance.

The OIP reading is scaled to fit the graphic portion of the display for 25 PSIg - 80 PSIg. The numeric display indicates 0 - 200 PSIg, in 1 PSI increments. Accuracy is +/- 4%, or +/- 1% if the sender and indicator are matched and calibrated as a set.

The sender can be mounted on the firewall or remote from the engine in a temperature protected area. It is not recommended that the sender be directly mounted to the engine block. The sender fitting is 1/8-27 NPT, 5/8 Hex. Installation practices according to AC65-9A, Chapter 5, and AC43.13-1A, chapter 10 are acceptable for this sender.

FP (Fuel Pressure) Indicator

The Fuel Pressure (FP) Indicator displays fuel pressure in PSIg on the numeric display. the indicator includes an external sender attached to the wiring harness supplied with the indicator. The indicator is built to meet or exceed the requirements of TSO-C44A and TSO-C47A with respect to accuracy and performance.

The FP indicator is calibrated to indicate PSIg. the graph is scaled to indicate 0 - 36 PSIg, using 0.6 PSIg resolution.

Accuracy is +/- 4%, or +/- 1% if the sender and indicator are matched and calibrated as a set.
